Az1limo provides point-to-point transportation services at fixed rates traveling from most Massachusetts cities to
either Boston, Cambridge, Logan Airport (LOG), T.F. Green Airport, and Providence, RI.

Az1limo  also provides service between all points in the greater Boston metropolitan area at a dedicated hourly
rate. All rates are subject to change without notice.

In addition to point-to-point service, we also offer dedicated Sedan Service for flexible, unlimited use of car and
driver for your travel needs, billed terminal-to-terminal at a $52.00 hourly rate (1 hour minimum), with fractions of an
hour charged at a half-hour rate. Please note that rates do not reflect an additional 20% service fee and out-of-pocket
expenses that Az1limo charges all of its clients.

 Boston Pickup Procedures

When you arrive at Boston's Logan Airport, immediately find out which terminal you're in, and then use the
corresponding pickup instructions.

Terminal A: Meet your driver across the street from the baggage claim exit.
Terminal B: Meet your driver curbside, at the upper-level exit.
Terminal C: Meet your driver at the designated limousine stand at the third traffic island outside the
baggage claim area.
Terminal E: Meet your driver at the yellow limousine service booth at the third traffic island outside the
terminal.

If you're arriving by train:

Back Bay Station: Meet your driver outside the station on Dartmouth Street.
South Station: Meet your driver on the Summer Street side.

Terms and Conditions

The following policies apply to all Az1limo clients.

  • Az1limo drivers do not accept gratuities.
  • An 20% service fee, based on the fare, stop time, and wait time will be added to your bill.
  • All out of pocket expenses, including two-way tolls, parking, and airport fees will be added to your bill.
  • Waiting time: Az1limo grants a twenty (20) minute grace period after the reported domestic flight arrival time and a forty (40) minute grace period after the reported international flight arrival time. For all other pick-ups, a five (5) minute grace period is granted. Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at $5.00 per five (5) minute increment.
  • Stops en route are charged at $10.00 per five (5) minute increment.
  • In the U.S. and Canada, rates of travel for sedans in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at $52.00 per hour, 1-hour minimum, billed terminal to terminal. Fractions of an hour are charged at a half-hour rate. Billing begins when the vehicle leaves the terminal and ends upon its return to the terminal. Accordingly, there is a thirty-minute minimum terminal time each way.   • A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost, plus 20% service fee, will be charged for any cancellation made less than three hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • A no-show fee equal to the trip cost, plus 20% service fee, including applicable waiting time, will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you can not locate your Az1limo vehicle and driver, please call 1.888.291.0114 to avoid a no-show billing.
  • A 25% holiday surcharge based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on the following holidays: New Year's Eve Day, New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • For foreign currency billing, rates are calculated in the local currency and billed at the prevailing local currency rate.
  • Az1limo monitors all commercial flights: train schedules can not be monitored.
  • Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
